Elite Legacy MultiFamily VIP Partners (EL MVP) is a family owned and operated privately held investment company. We build generational wealth for our EL MVP Partners. This is accomplished by helping our investors' money work hard for them, passively. Our Company focuses on the acquisition and management of light value add multifamily properties in emerging markets. EL MVP partners are considered family and are held to a high degree. We value synergy and transparency with all our acquisitions, thus involving our investors every step of the way. Through a highly effective and caring team, we plant and nourish seeds. One investor, one apartment complex and one legacy at a time.

Susy Gasca | Co-Owner
Susy's life mission is to be passion driven. She highly values: God, family, friends and health. She loves serving her community and elevating those around her with her hands and heart. Currently she serves her community as: a friend, real estate investor/managing partner of EL MVP, real estate agent, registered nurse, and as an author. As a co-business owner, her VIP Partners are family. Your growth is as important as hers. She truly believes we are all limitless. El Paso, Texas born and Arizona raised; you can spot her out and about in Arizona in her jeep or with her sassy bulldog, Nugget. She loves to eat, read, journal, and take outdoor adventures.
Susana Gasca | Co-Owner
Susana comes from a family of 10. Her parents migrated to the United States when she was very young. She's from El Paso, Texas and now lives in Arizona. She's been married to her wonderful husband for 30 years and has two beautiful daughters and a grandbaby. Her professional life includes: being a managing partner of EL MVP, real estate agent, and accounting manager. She's a numbers specialist, she gets the job done quickly and efficiently. She's considered the "spanks" of the accounting department because she keeps everything together and working. Her hobbies include: going to the movies with her family, taking walks at the park, and bumping music in her jeep.
